If you're cycling the ECA, you'll probably be really sluggish and get some mild headaches for the first two days, other than that you'll be back to normal. I just tossed and turned a lot during the night, really restless and woke up soaked in sweat at times. 3 pm was really pushin' it for me too, they say not to take it within 5 hours of going to bed, but I think you definitely need longer. When you isolate alkaloids from certain plants they can become extremely dangerous, add to that another stimulant. Ephedra and caffeine are a deadly combination.
